ARMOR CONVERSION MODIFICATION \/ ALTERATIONS<\/strong>
\nFive sides armoring of passenger compartment TP provide protection against 7.62X51, M80 NATO BALL Ammunition and tested to meet NIJ-STD-0108.01 LEVEL B6.
\nFloor is fitted with a blast protection to protect occupants against fragmentation from simultaneous detonation of 2 DM-51 German Ordinance Hand Grenades or Equivalent.
\nArmoring is included on kick panels, front fenders, rear wheel wells, firewall, A, B, C Door pillars and posts.
\nVehicle Armor plates are stitch-welded using high intensity MIG welders, the above process ensures the structural integrity which is uncompromised by thermal and chemical variation of the material.
\nThe interior frame is constructed of ballistic grade steel, provides overlap and backup protection for the large-surface principal impact areas such as the doors and windows while reinforcing the structural integrity of the pillars and the other areas.
\nVehicle armoring constructed in such a way as to ensure that a projectile following a linear or angled path should not enter the vehicle interior without contacting the armor material, in addition to this the possibility of a projectile entering the vehicle interior due to a ricochet from the armor shall also be minimized.
\nRear bulkhead with swing door and rear view glass.<\/p>\n

GLASS<\/strong>
\nA combination of glass, polycarbonate and Mylar are bonded together using the latest technology, producing one of the finest transparent armors available while incorporating the following qualities:
\n– Glass thickness 39mm LEVEL B6
\n– Anti-spall shield protecting against the shattering glass
\n– Multiple impact protection
\n– Finest optical quality, minimal distortion
\n– No de-lamination
\n– No discoloration from UV rays<\/p>\n

DOORS<\/strong>
\nArmor overlap at all doors to prevent penetration through door posts and pillars.
\nDoor pillars and hinges reinforced for maximum strength retention.<\/p>\n

ELECTRICAL<\/strong>
\nAll electrical equipment standards to this vehicle shall be tasted and modified as necessary to protect against the armoring process.<\/p>\n

INTERIOR<\/strong>
\nOriginal OEM interior panels and trim will be resized or modified and re-installed wherever possible to obtain as close to an original look as possible.<\/p>\n

SECURITY FEATURES AND ACCESSORIES<\/strong>
\nRun flat devises fitted in vehicle tires.
\nVehicle tire jack (upgraded if necessary to lift additional weight of armor) & tire iron.
\nSuspension System reinforced as necessary to compensate for additional weight.
\nSwing door with rear view glass at the rear of passenger compartment.
\nSteel-case fuel tank protection.
\nAll manuals and written information provided by vehicle manufacturer shall be included.<\/p>\n
